Sauropus androgynus
A perennial leaf vegetable from Southeast Asia. The tender shoot tips taste like fresh garden peas - eat them as a cooked vegetable in stir-fries, soups and eggs. Takes Florida heat and humidity in full sun or part shade; keep it cut back to 3-4 ft for a steady supply of new shoots. Zones 10-11.

About pot sizes
About pot sizes
Sizes are given by container volume. A 3 gallon tree is a young grafted plant, a 7 gallon is further along, and 15, 25 and 45 gallon trees are larger and closer to fruiting. Larger sizes are heavy — bring a truck or trailer, or tell us in the chat and we will help you load.
